Technical Program Manager
Cerebro is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in managing engineering projects, ensuring alignment between technical and business priorities. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, fostering communication between internal and third party contracting stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
Key Responsabilities
- Manage engineering roadmaps, prioritizing tasks across multiple teams.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, product, and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams to transition products, track deliverables, and ensure quality of features.
- Ensure scalability and efficiency in development processes.
- Track bug and feature requests from internal and external stakeholders, translating to specific tickets for Cerebro’s development teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Multiple years of experience in technical program management or software engineering management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Technical background in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or data systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools such as Github, Linear, or Monday.com.
- Knowledge of basketball, statistics, and player data analysis based on our industry domain.
